Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: We process orders from our NZ warehouse within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically ranging from 2 business days within New Zealand and 3-4 days within Australia. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local country processing times.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way. 

Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes.
