It examines biological signals related to your skin barrier, sensitivity, inflammation, oxidative stress, acne, pigmentation, and aging.

How do I collect my sample?

It's very easy, but you need to follow the instructions supplied in your pack for taking a sample and return it to our lab for analysis. We start analyzing the sample within 1-2 days of arrival.

Will I receive product recommendations?

Yes. Your report identifies ingredients and products suited to your results. Recommendations may include Skinara products and selected products from other brands based on your results.

Is this a gut microbiome test?

No. It is a standalone skin analysis developed specifically to examine the skin.

Does the test diagnose skin conditions?

No. It provides skin biology and skincare insights. It does not diagnose acne, eczema, rosacea, allergies, or other medical conditions. An optional consultation with a Skinara dermatologist or nurse practitioner may be booked separately.

Can I complete the Skin Profile Test during pregnancy?
