Return postage: Prepaid sample return is included for customers in New Zealand and Australia. Customers in all other countries must arrange and pay for tracked return postage to our laboratory.
Your report will be ready approximately 2–3 weeks after your sample arrives at our laboratory. We then formulate your personalized serum, which will be ready for dispatch within five business days. Serum shipping is included.
A Skin Progress Test can be purchased separately after 6–8 weeks.

Can my skincare be adjusted?
Yes. Your routine can be reviewed if your skin changes, you experience irritation, or your Progress Test identifies a different priority.
When will I receive my results and serum?
Your report will be ready approximately 2–3 weeks after your sample arrives at our laboratory. We then formulate your personalized serum based on the report. It will be ready for dispatch within five business days, and shipping is included.
